32 teams from Pro Scrims #1-4, divided into 2 groups of 16 teams.
Phase 2: November 17th - 20th, 2025
32 teams from Pro Scrims #5-8, divided into 2 groups of 16 teams.
2 matchdays per group:
5 matches each day.
Each group play 10 matches.
Top 6 teams of each group advance to Promotion Stage.
Promotion Stage: December 16th - 18th, 2025
24 teams, divided into 3 groups of 8 teams.
3 matchdays:
6 matches each day.
Each group play 12 matches.
Top 15 teams advance to the National Championship.
Finals: December 19th - 21st, 2025

Smash Rule is applied in Day 3.
Teams would play using regular tournament rules until a team has reached a pre-determined number of points threshold known as Match Point.
The Match Point for this stage is Top 1's point after Match #12 + 20 points.
Once a team reaches the Match Point threshold, that team will become "Match Point Eligible" for the subsequent matches.
The first team to secure a WWCD after they are "Match Point Eligible" will automatically be crowned the Winner/Champion of the stage.
Maximum number of matches to be played is 6 matches; thus if none of the "Match Point Eligible" teams were able to claim a WWCD, then the team with the most points will emerge as the Winner/Champion.
