Overview
Three Pakistani organisations are in the 32-team field.
PUBG MOBILE’s Season 2 Main Event gives Pakistan a home stop on the international circuit, after Season 1 was played in Jakarta. The field arrives from eight regions, with two places kept for the host route.
It matters most for 4Thrives. The Pakistani side won the Season 1 Main Event and qualified for this one through South Asia. Whether a home title defence succeeds will be settled in the lobby, not by the location.
Plan around the dates for now
Lahore and the October dates are on the event artwork, and the event listing gives the prize pool and the planned field. The arena, admission and daily running order are still to be announced.
Expo Centre Lahore hosted the Season 1 South Asia Finals, a separate event, so it should not be assumed for this one. Venue and viewing news should come from the official event hub and PUBG MOBILE Esports Pakistan.
Eight regions and a host route
Thirty places come through the regional finals. MENA’s six is the largest allocation and Africa’s one the smallest. Two Pakistan Open host places complete the field.
South Asia’s three regional qualifiers are 4Thrives, Trained to Kill and Horaa Esports. LF Esports and 777 Esports took the host places by finishing first and second at the Pakistan Open on 3–4 October. That gives Pakistan three organisations in the field.
Jakarta’s champions come home
The South Asia title in Kathmandu secured 4Thrives’ place in Lahore. It did not secure a Main Event seed, a group opponent or a finishing place.
Jakarta gave them the first Global Open title. They return to the same competition with home support this time, and with LF and 777 as Pakistan’s other representatives.
Follow it on the official channels
PUBG MOBILE Esports Pakistan is the local broadcast reference; the global PUBG MOBILE Esports YouTube and Twitch channels and the event hub cover the wider circuit. Take the daily schedule from those channels once it is published.
The event also carries PMGC points. The reported Season 2 Main Event ladder awards 150 points to the winner, compared with 75 for the Season 1 champion. For South Asian teams, the Lahore result can change the year-end qualification race as well as decide a trophy.
